The brief was to supply specialist ironmongery for the refurbishment of the old Student resident staircases and individual bedrooms. Followed by improvements to living spaces and kitchen areas.

The items supplied were mainly standard items of Birmingham made Real Bronze, however some fittings had to be designed to be in keeping with original hand made ones.
